Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By purchasing, installing, or using VTUMax ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Software.

These terms apply to all plans — Starter, Pro, and Enterprise — unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.

2. License

VTUMax grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on the number of domains permitted by your plan.

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software itself, except under an approved Reseller Partner agreement.

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Software is prohibited.

3. Payments and refunds

All plans are billed as a one-time, one-off license fee unless otherwise stated. There are no recurring subscription charges.

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are issued at our discretion where the Software has a demonstrable defect that we're unable to resolve.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to operating a fintech, VTU, or payments business in your jurisdiction, including KYC/AML obligations where applicable.

You are responsible for securing your own API keys, admin credentials, and payment gateway secrets.

5. Limitation of liability

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. VTUMax is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software, including losses from third-party payment gateway outages or biller failures.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the preceding 12 months.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these terms, including unauthorized resale or abuse of the platform for fraudulent activity.

You may stop using the Software at any time; licenses are non-refundable outside the 14-day window described above.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on your account. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
