From a merchant's dashboard, paying a DStv subscription and paying a WAEC result checker look identical. Behind that single interface, our biller layer routes the request to the right underlying provider, normalizes the response, and retries automatically on transient failures.

That abstraction is the actual product. Anyone can call a single biller's API. Making 3000 of them feel like one is where the engineering effort goes.
